little memories

Pencil drawing in an A4 visual diary (cartridge paper). The tower is a souvenir of my short stay in Paris in November 2003. It was sitting (or is that standing?) on an A3 sketch pad on the dining table in my apartment in the dying rays of Friday afternoon... though I eventually had to switch on a lamp. It probably took around two hours - I'm pretty slow! Hopefully this will improve with practice.

I've posted a scrap with a photo of the original scene inset for comparison.
